Full Planning and Management

We’ll work with you to plan and manage your event from start to finish! This services is perfect for events where a high level of involvement of day-to-day management and communication are essential or for people that need the support of a partner involved with every aspect of an event to assist with organization, decision making and emotional support! Everything from planning and design, venue selection and contract negotiations, budget and timeline management, and other services like managing an event website and managing invitations and RSVPs. Includes unlimited planning meetings, unlimited email correspondence, and all services outlined in the Day-Of package and more! We’ll tailor a proposal to meet your event needs!

We recommend booking your first consultation meeting with us up to 12 months before your event date.

Cost: Base package hours and inclusions start at $8,500 and bookings are limited each weekend.

Partial Planning and Management

This personally tailored package is great for people who want to be actively involved in their own planning process but need some expert advice and the support of a partner. We’ll help you make sure you’re maximizing our planning time and will be your partner through the whole planning process, acting as a proactive manager on your wedding or event. We’ll work with you to develop your event style, goals and priorities and will help create your budgets and timelines. We’ll help facilitate vendor selection and will present fun ideas to compliment your design concepts for things like invitations, favors, and decor. Includes a specified number of planning meetings, unlimited email correspondence, and all services outlined in the Day-Of package and more! We’ll tailor a proposal to meet your event needs!

Bartending and Beverage List Consulting

Not sure what wine or beer to serve at your event? Need help designing custom cocktails? Do you need a bartender to come serve your guests at your event? Jenn has bartended in James Beard Award winning restaurants and high-end cocktails bars in Chicago, and has worked as a wine educator and lead tastings in Washington DC. If you have bar needs for your event, we’re here to help!

Person Styling & Etiquette Advising

Need help finding the perfect dress, shoes, or accessories for your event? Not sure how to wear your hair or what make-up style will look best? Jenn is a Kryolan certified airbrush make-up artist and fashion-obsessed individual who’s ready to make sure you look fabulous for your event! If needed, we can also discuss wedding make-up add-on options.

Unsure of who to tip, how to set a formal table, or just in need of fine dining or business etiquette lessons? We’re here to help make sure you’re completely at-ease at any event!

Vendor Facilitation

Do you have a vision but you’re not sure who to contact to help execute it? We can help by providing recommendations and facilitating meetings with catering contacts, floral designers, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc. to carry your concept through each individual element of your event.

Day-Of Coordination

Our favorite thing to do! We call it “Day-of” coordination, but you’ll get a lot more than that! We’re here to get you through the final stages of planning and implementing your wedding or event without sweating the details and logistics! Work with us in the last 3-6 MONTHS prior to your event to implement your event smoothly and effectively. We’ll be sure to build a relationship and gain the trust you need to release the reins of the logistics management! We’ll get your timeline prepared BEFORE your other vendors start reaching out with all their questions and go into the final phase of your planning in control of the details.

Services included in the base package for weddings are:

  • A timeline planning meeting: We will review all last minute details and logistics of event – walk through at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc if needed with caterer, venue contact, decor team and complete the comprehensive event implementation detail checklist.

  • Logistics coordination: Create a complete production and event timeline for event, create vendor contact sheets and distribute to all vendors.

  • Final Touch Base Meeting: 1-2 weeks before the event go over all the details one last time with your coordinator, hand off your personal items, and sit back and relax as the big day approaches.

  • Wedding Party Timeline: Create Specific timeline for wedding party – distribute and review at rehearsal or to a provided email list the week of the wedding.

  • Coordinate Decor and Design: Work with the florist, decorator and other relevant parties to perfect the visual details of the day and assure proper and timely execution.

  • Rehearsal: Direct or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute wedding party timelines, etc in conjuncture with or in lieu of officiant.

  • Production: Approximately 10 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries, set up, implementation & wrap-up

  • Manage all moving pieces of the event: Direction of vendors, attend guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.

  • Late Night Wrap: Return Bridal Checklist Items (such as gifts and personal items) to Bridal Suite prior to end of service – or pack in car of pre-designated friend or family member.

  • Event Emergency Kit: all of the little things you didn’t know you’d need on your wedding day

DIY Assistance

Are you a Pinterest and Instgram pro who loves planning, crafting and owning your event, but you’re not sure how to bring some of our ideas to life? We can help you arrange centerpieces, make sure your wedding arch looks perfect, build your grazing board or dessert table dreams, set-up balloon arches and selfie stations, craft alongside you, and more! We’re DIY pros and happy to be an extra pair of hands to make sure your special touches are done on time!

Cost: varies based on project needs. Personalized quotes will be provided after an initial conversation about your projects.

Planning Session

This session is perfect for budget-minded individuals who are intimidated by the process of getting started, and may not have the budget for other event packages. Sometimes, you just don’t know what you don’t know!

Planning session may focus on a few of these details:

  • Budget Planning

  • Creating To Do Lists

  • Timeline Planning for Day of Event

  • Vendor or Venue Suggestions

  • Design Collaboration

  • Site Visits/ Event Walk-through Advising

  • Reviewing contracts and other vendor proposals

Cost: $250 for a two hour session. Additional fees may apply for travel and drafting of specific materials (i.e. you’d like someone to also build a timeline for you)
